Romina has more than 10 years of experience in the translation and localization industry, having worked in various project management and sales positions prior to starting her own endeavor with GliderPath.

Romina is committed to continuously learn and develop, to enjoy new experiences, to have fun, to create, inspire, motivate, animate, provoke, transform lives, but most of it she loves to try and make a difference by helping other people succeed in business and life! And she likes this to her everyday life and her business.

Lubos Hricak

Prior to starting his own endeavor with GliderPath, Lubos has worked in several technical positions. He is experienced in website development and design. His goal is to help business owners run their businesses with more efficiency, ease and ultimately with more fun. He is committed to listen, understand where the frustrations and struggles are coming from and try to remove these burdens so business owners can run their business with peace of mind. As much as he can, he wants to help other people be successful.
